RECALL: OK Food, Inc. Is Recalling Approximately 933,272 Pounds of Breaded Chicken Products

OK Food, Inc., an Oklahoma City, Okla. establishment, is recalling approximately 933,272 pounds of breaded chicken products that may be contaminated with extraneous materials, specifically metal.

RECALL: H & B Packing Co., Inc. Recalls Boneless Beef Products Due To Possible E. coli Contamination

H & B Packing Co., Inc., a Waco, Texas establishment, is recalling approximately 73,742 pounds of boneless beef products that may be contaminated with E. coli O103, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today.

Dairy Max Scholarships

Dairy MAX, Inc., the local checkoff promotion organization funded by dairy farmers, offers five $1,000 academic scholarships for students entering the field of agriculture, culinary arts, education or science (a maximum of $2,500 may be awarded based on quality of application).
