Beginning in 2012, contracting entities (CEs) wishing to participate in the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) or the Seamless Summer Option (SSO) must submit applications and file claims through the Texas Unified Nutrition Programs System: TX-UNPS. CEs requesting a paper version of the application or claim form must contact the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) at (877) TEX-MEAL.
