" March 1, 2022 - The “CV” naming conventions of “CVGG” and “CVHD” are discontinued in site applications.
"
March 1, 2022 - SFSP Program Year (PY) 2022 will be operating under normal Summer Food regulations. At this time, USDA has not re-established the COVID related waivers for SFSP PY2022. These waivers include non-congregate grab and go and home delivery site types.
As a result, the “CV” naming conventions of “CVGG” and “CVHD” are discontinued in site applications. The discontinuance of the site application naming convention should be enacted by replacing the CV named site application with the original non-CV named site application. This process is done by closing the CV named site application and then adding the original non-CV named site application back to the site list. To close a site application, please follow the instructions
here.
Please follow the steps below to add the site under its normal non-CV name:
- Select ADD SITE APPLICATION
- Search for the site name within the Site List
- Select the site
- Select SAVE
- Select FINISH
Once the steps above are completed, a new site application will populate that will need to be completed and submitted to TDA for approval.
Additionally, sites may no longer only operate as closed enrolled sites as allowed under COVID waivers. Sites with a “C” or “O” preceding the name will also need to be closed. If the site is to continue under normal Summer Food regulations, follow the steps above to add the site back to the list under its normal name.
Please update the Budget Detail once all site applications have been updated. To ensure the Budget Detail reflects correct projected reimbursement totals, the Budget Detail must be updated by selecting Revise/Modify to reflect the addition and/or closure of site applications.
