“And Justice for All” Poster

" Due to the impacts of COVID-19, the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) will not be taking “And Justice For All..." (AJFA) poster orders through TX-UNPS and will not be distributing posters to contracting entities (CE). Locally printed paper copies AJFA posters may substituted as necessary.

Due to the impacts of COVID-19, the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) will not be taking “And Justice For All..." (AJFA) poster orders through TX-UNPS and will not be distributing posters to contracting entities (CE). Locally printed paper copies AJFA posters may be substituted as necessary. Please click here to download USDA’s AJFA poster and see the printing details below. CEs may also use the 2015 version of the AJFA poster if they are not able to print the current version. 

Printing Details: 
- Download the poster via the link above. Do not alter the poster in any way. 
- The poster can be printed on 11x17 paper or standard 8.5x11 paper
- Select the "Fit to Print" option on your printer to ensure the edges of the poster are viable when printed. 
- Posters may be laminated and reused, but lamination is not required. 
- One poster is sufficient per site and needs to be displayed in a prominent location, viewable by participants.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
