CSFP:
• Ready to Eat (RTE) Cereals and Orange Juice – Are not currently available for States to order from July 2025 through December 2025. TDA is constantly monitoring availability in WBSCM. If RTE Cereals do become available for the remainder of CY 2025, then they will be full truckload quantities to each food bank destination. Please be prepared to accommodate the increased quantities of these RTE Cereals:
o 110373 Cereal Wheat Shredded = 2,016 cases
o 111732 Cereal Wheat Bran Flakes = 1,344 cases
o 111740 Cereal Corn Flakes = 1,248 cases
o 111741 Cereal Oat Circles = 1,248 cases
TEFAP:
• Manuel Flores, Food Ordering Specialist, retired at the end of February. The Ordering Team is short-handed until a replacement is hired. To assist our team, please submit Entitlement orders into WBSCM as soon as possible for delivery periods July 2025 through September 2025 and Seasonal Fruits & Vegetables October 2025 through September 2026, so orders can be reviewed and rolled up to USDA. The catalogs will remain open through COB, March 12, 2025.
o Seasonal Fruits & Vegetables – WBSCM Catalogs display for CY 2025 and CY 2026. However, the estimated Entitlement for CY 2026 will be loaded into WBSCM in late-February 2025 to early-March 2025.
• Ready to Eat (RTE) Cereals - Are not currently available for States to order from July 2025 through December 2025. TDA is constantly monitoring availability in WBSCM. If RTE Cereals do become available for the remainder of CY 2025, the entire Southwest Region (SWR) is only allowed 9 truckloads per month. Food banks may place orders for their desired truckload quantities for available delivery periods. However, truckload approval is at the discretion of the USDA FNS SWR Office. Please be prepared for possible for delivery period changes and/or cancellations of these RTE Cereals:
o 111703 Cereal Toast Wheat = 2,160 cases
o 111732 Cereal Wheat Bran Flakes = 1,344 cases
o 111740 Cereal Corn Flakes = 1,248 cases
o 111741 Cereal Oat Circles = 1,248 cases
• WBSCM Entitlement/Bonus Summary Report – Generate periodically to update your records, track and commit any available “Ent. Balance” towards desired available Materials on open catalogs. Search parameters are by Program Year (PY).
CSFP and TEFAP:
• WBSCM Requisition Status Report - Generate periodically to update the “Status Text” records of ordered Materials and Quantities of each “Sales Order #”. Search parameters are:
o “01/01/2024” through “12/31/2024” for PY 2024.
o “01/01/2025” through “12/31/2025” for PY 2025.
