Menu Calendar Templates 2025-2026
Get ready for the 2025-2026 school year with menu calendar templates for Saturday - Sunday. These templates help schools promote their upcoming menus by keeping everyone informed.
- Double-click the template link, and the template will download
- Open the template in PowerPoint:
- Locate the downloaded .pptx file on your computer and double-click it to open in PowerPoint.
- Customize the Slides:
- Replace placeholder text with your own content.
- Add or delete slides based on your needs.
- Save Your Version:
- Click File > Save As to rename and store your customized presentation
These alternative blank menu templates include Monday-Friday and allow for further customization. Add your own text boxes, dates, fonts and menu items to fully customize your monthly menus.

- Customize the Slides:
- Add text boxes by clicking ‘Insert’ from the top menu bar. Select ‘text box’ then drag a box over the area you want to insert your text
- Add the month & school name along with the dates, menu items, events, and any announcements you may want to share.
- Resize the font and text boxes as needed to fit your content.
- Duplicate or add slides based on your needs.
- Save your version:
- Click File > Save As to rename and store your customized menu.

Child Nutrition Sharing Site - CNSS aids in the collection and sharing of state and local resources by providing a centralized place to store, organize, manage, and share knowledge and tools with your peers. Institute of Child Nutrition (ICN)
The Institute of Child Nutrition (ICN), part of the School of Applied Sciences at The University of Mississippi, is the only federally funded national center dedicated to applied research, education and training, and technical assistance for child nutrition programs. The Institute was established by Congress in the Child Nutrition and WIC Reauthorization Act of 1989.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
