TEFAP PY25
Next ordering deadline for TEFAP entitlement is June 13, 2025 for delivery periods October through December 2025. This will be the last ordering round for
PY25 TEFAP.
USDA has not released the final PY25 funding amount. Once this has been updated in WBSCM TDA will reach out for any conversions needed with food banks.
TEFAP CCC_TE
CCC_TE truckloads due for delivery April and beyond for calendar year 2025. As of 03/26/2025 all truckloads not in purchased or received status have been cancelled by USDA.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
