CSFP Highlights
• Per USDA FNS guidance, food banks must be prepared to receive Multi-Food deliveries on the “Required Delivery Date” noted on each Sales Order. TDA will continue to notify food banks of approved orders in advance.
• CSFP ordering has started for PY26, with deliveries scheduled for Q2 of 2026. TDA manages all ordering of truckloads for this program, but you can track these arrivals by running a WBSCM Requisition Status Report.
• TDA will continue to give guidance on box builds and inventory management to maintain steady issuance. Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact USDA Foods.
TEFAP Highlights
• Ordering opportunities for Q2PY26 catalogs are currently open and will close on 10 DEC 2026. Please run a Requisition Status Report and update your records accordingly.
• Generate the WBSCM Entitlement/Bonus Summary Report periodically to track your Entitlement Balance and commit toward available catalog materials.
CSFP & TEFAP – Shared Reporting Reminder
• Generate the WBSCM Requisition Status Report routinely to update your records.
• Focus on Sales Order Status and Material Quantities.
• Use search dates for CY 2025: 01/01/2025 through 12/31/2025.
• You can also monitor the CY 2026: 01/01/2026 through 12/31/2026.
