School Year 2025-2026
In preparation for the upcoming ordering round, log into WBSCM to maintain active status. If you have lost WBSCM login access contact your ESC for assistance.
In December, TDA is conducting the annual usage exercise. SFAs should be utilizing their USDA Foods at minimum 10% per month. Any SFAs that are below 20% usage may be at risk of redistribution.
Participants in the DoD Fresh Program can request additional funds only AFTER depleting initial funds to below $200 in the FFAVORS account. The DoD Additional Funds Request Form Link is located on Squaremeals under Food Distribution for NSLP, Administration/Forms. Funds are limited to availability at the state level and will be taken into consideration; however, what is provided is based upon what is available at the time and is never guaranteed.
Per USDA guidelines, participants must complete receipts in FFAVORS for each delivery within 2 business days of the delivery date. If there is a discrepancy, contact your Dept. of Defense Support Representative for resolution.
School Year 2026-2027
The PY27 DoD Fresh Program Opt-In Form is now closed. All Recipient Agencies that opted in as a “YES” to participate will receive an equitable one-time distribution in December 2025. Balances will display in the WBSCM Entitlement/Bonus Summary Report for Program Year 2027.
We are actively preparing for the new ordering season for PY27 in hopes of opening the catalog in January.
