Program Year 2026-2027
The PY27 WBSCM Catalog closed Friday, February 27, 2026.
TDA is actively preparing truckloads. You may receive automated WBSCM messages during this process with requisitions with old status and new status. Please save all questions until TDA announces when Round 1 is complete. Please run a new requisition status report to review all cases and pounds as you prepare for the upcoming school year. For Processing, some pounds not fulfilled with new incoming truckloads may be loaded into the tracking systems as free state account pounds to offset carryover.
Round 2 announcements are coming soon. Please look for the details and timeline for additional requests.
If you opted into the DoD Fresh Fruit and Vegetables program, TDA will load these funds into FFAVORS in late June. USDA Foods team is no longer accepting reductions to DoD Fresh Program entitlement. Increasing the allotted amount is not an option and all requests to opt-in to DoD have been finalized and will not be adjusted.
Requests for USDA Foods can be tracked from the WBSCM Requisition Status Report. Ongoing fluctuations will occur until Purchased Status.
