May 19, 2021 -It's time to register with your ESC for the 2021 School Nutrition Program Summer Workshops!

These multi-day conferences focus on professional development for food service personnel in all areas of compliance for the National School Lunch (NSLP) and School Breakfast (SBP) Programs. The sessions will feature TDA developed training for menu planning, counting and claiming, food production records, meal patterns, and eligibility guidance. Many of the sessions presented are essential for meeting federal and state compliance for continued success in your program.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, some ESC regions are holding in-person conferences, others are virtual, and a few are doing a combination of the two. Please review the table below to find your ESC region with link to the program brochure (when available), the date of the conference, the format, and the link to register.
