IMPORTANT:
  • CEs must ensure the daily maximum number of meals allowed for a participant are not exceeded.
  • To participate in non-congregate meal distribution and meal service time waiver flexibilities, the COVID-19 Waiver Intake Form located here must be completed and submitted. For assistance in completing the Waiver Intake Form, please consult with your Education Service Center representative.
  • Please note that the CE must retain documentation about the times of the meal services, the number of meals served, the methods of serving meals, its method to prevent duplicate meal distribution, and food production records demonstrating that all meals meet the meal pattern.
