USDA Transitions from eAuth to for WBSCM Users

Transition Timeline: 
Beginning March 25, 2024 
• Users will receive a pop-up message whenever they login encouraging them to transition to a account and link to their eAuth account. 
• Users will have option during login to either Link with at that time or “Not Now” option to continue using their current eAuth User ID and password.

By the end of September 2024 
• WBSCM will be fully transitioned to Users will not be able to access WBSCM using their current eAuth credentials. 
• Users must have a account to access WBSCM. 

Users can create account in 4 easy steps: 
On the Customer Login, click the option, you will be directed to the website to create a new account-
1. On, select the Create Account option and enter the email address associated with WBSCM account.
2. Create a secure password for the account.
3. Add a required multi-factor authentication option like authentication application, SMS Phone/text to the account. 
4. You'll be returned to eAuth to link the account with eAuth, and you're ready to access USDA sites. 
Once an existing eAuth account is linked with, the account must be used for all future access to USDA websites. If you attempt to log in with the eAuth account after it is linked, you will be informed you must use for access.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
