Hello TEFAP and CSFP Food Banks! The Texas Department of Agriculture invites you to a CSFP/TEFAP Best Practices conference in Austin on August 6-7.
Registration for the CSFP/TEFAP Best Practices Conference is open! Please use this link to register: CSFP/TEFAP Best Practices Conference. Registration will remain open until July 18, 2024.
In the registration page there are addressee for the two conference locations (with a map) and hotel/dining recommendations. Food Banks will be meeting at the Central Texas Food Bank for Day 1 of the training with Feeding Texas and at the Barbara Jordon Building on Day 2 with TDA and USDA. There is an outline of the Agenda for each day and filters that will make it easier to see the RA track. If you have any logistical questions, please use the “Get in Touch” feature on the home page for assistance. This assistance may also include requesting a parking pass at one of our state garages for Day 2 if you are not able to book a hotel within walking distance to the Barbara Jordan venue (please note that parking passes are limited).
