New Summer 2022 FAQs Now Available

" June 9, 2022 - New Summer 2022 FAQs have been published on the COVID-19 response page. Please familiarize yourself with the guidance, as operations are expected to transition back to pre-pandemic standards.
June 9, 2022 - Per USDA and beginning Summer 2022, SFSP and SSO operations are expected to return to standard congregate feeding; however, there are some flexibilities available should a COVID-19 incident disrupt operations at or around your site(s). To help navigate this transition back to "normal," TDA has published a new set of Summer 2022 FAQs on the SquareMeals COVID-19 response page located at: TDA will continue to update these FAQs throughout the summer as new guidance is released.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at:, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
