Additionally, the following resources have been updated with the latest IEGs:

- 2026-2027 Income Eligibility Guidelines for Determining Free and Reduced Price Benefits (NSLP and SMP Resource)
- Instructions for Applying for Free and Reduced-Price School Meals (NSLP/SBP Resource – English and Spanish)
- Instructions for Applying for Free Milk Benefits (Special Milk Program Resource – English and Spanish)
The following SFSP Participant Notification Prototypes have been updated with the 2026 IEGs:
- 2026 Participant Notification of SFSP Meals - Closed Enrolled Site - NON-AREA ELIGIBLE
- 2026 Participant Notification of SFSP Meals - CAMP SITE
*As SFSP closed enrolled sites, camps, and conditional non-congregate sites will likely be qualifying children at the beginning of the summer, they will need to use the 2026 IEGs that expire on June 30. If determining eligibility for children after June 30, SFSP sponsors are instructed to update the prototypes to reflect the 2027 IEGs.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at: https://www.usda.gov/sites/default/files/documents/ad-3027.pdf, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
