Deactivation Rule
WBSCM user accounts will be deactivated if the user has not signed into WBSCM within 120 days. All entity users, including the UA, could be affected. If the UA’s account is deactivated, a new FND-136 form must be resubmitted to reestablish the account. Until the new FND-136 form is received and processed, no other updates to users will be completed.
Keeping User Information Updated
Continuously review your users’ information, including the security groups assigned. Be sure their email address is accurate as important notifications are sent to the user email address on file. Keeping their information updated is extremely important.
