RECALL: Bear Creek Smokehouse Beef Products
Bear Creek Smokehouse, a Marshall, Texas establishment, is recalling approximately 3,700 pounds of beef products due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced March 14, 2015.
The products contain soy, a known allergen which is not declared on the product label.
The barbeque beef items were produced on various dates between November 22, 2013 and January 21, 2015. The following products are subject to recall:
1 lb. plastic containers of “Beasley’s Smokehouse Chopped Barbeque Beef with Sauce.”
