Before You Apply
If you've reached this page and have not yet completed the pre-eligibility form, please visit the Getting Started with CACFP page to provide TDA with information about your organization.

After submission of the pre-eligibility form, your organization will receive a confirmation email at the address you provide. Then you will need to submit an FND-101 form to request access to Texas Unified Nutrition Program System (TX-UNPS), a web-based software solution that provides administrators, state users, and Contracting Entities with efficient and immediate access to applications, claims, and related nutrition program functions.

You will then be able to use the instructions below to apply for the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).
