School Nutrition Program (SNP) Records Retention List

Contracting Entities (CEs) must retain documentation that demonstrates program compliance. The School Nutrition Programs (SNP) Records List describes the records -electronic and paper- that TDA provides as forms, samples, and templates for these purposes. Please note, when a CE is not required to use a TDA form, sample, or template, the documentation method the CE uses must include all information provided on the TDA form, sample, or template. This list includes the following information: (1) name of the TDA form, sample, or template; (2) date of last update; (3) location; (4) intended purpose; (5) retention and submission requirements; and (6) Administrator's Reference Manual (ARM) section where additional information is provided.

Administrator’s Reference Manual (ARM) Update
PLEASE NOTE: The ARM contains state and regulatory guidance for standard operations. For deviations and flexibilities to standard NSLP operations as a result of COVID-19, please refer to the FAQs on the SquareMeals Coronavirus page for more information.
