TDA has published a revised 2022-2023 School Data for Area Eligibility Report to add a small number of new CEP sites that were inadvertently omitted. Schools listed on this report as well as non-school summer sites and CACFP At-risk sites in the attendance zones of the schools listed are eligible to operate their respective programs.

Area eligibility of listed schools is based on the following criteria:
-- Non-CEP schools - area eligibility established based on minimum 50% free/reduced claiming data from October 2022
-- Schools electing CEP in SY 2022-2023 - area eligibility is established if identified student percentage (ISP) is equal or greater than 31.25.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
