Goods Receipt entries of USDA Foods Shipments

Published: 24 days ago
" Please click here to view WBSCM Goods Receipt Entries.
"
•All entities must receipt within 24 hours from physical receipt of a USDA Foods shipment. The date entered as received must be the date physically received by the vendor (signed off on the Bill of Lading). This is to remain in compliance with TDA contract agreements and handbook policies, and to ensure USDA is able to comply with the Prompt Payment Act.

If not compliant, vendors may skip bidding for destinations known to receipt late.

•Tip for success: Incorporate multiple back up WBSCM users with access to receipt shipments in WBSCM to ensure timely receipts.
