TEFAP:
CCC_TE and TEFAP (Bonus) Materials - recently offered during the month of August. Generate a WBSCM Requisition Status Report with extended delivery date parameters of 09-01-24 through 12-31-25 to view all anticipated deliveries to prepare for the large influx of perishable and non-perishable items through the end of this program year, which did extend into PY 2025, for some food banks.
TEFAP Entitlement – In early August, USDA released the Foods Available List and Delivery Dates for PY2025, along with a Summary of Changes which includes added Materials and changes to a few Materials. Before ordering in WBSCM for CY2025, ensure to view all currently ordered seasonal one-time buy fruits and vegetable Materials for CY2025 by generating a WBSCM Requisition Status Report with Delivery Date parameters of 01-01-25 through 12-31-25.
CSFP:
Multi-Food shipments Guidance per USDA – Food Banks must be ready to receive all shipments from Paris Brothers on the dedicated delivery date(s) associated with each order number(s). Orders can be generated from the WBSCM Multi-Food Requisition Report.
As mentioned during the Food Bank call, 07-18-24, there will be an influx of salmon for the protein component September through December deliveries. Consider building a strategy to offer a variety of meats while adhering to the large can/small can distribution guidelines. Salmon fulfills the smaller pack size

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.
