Thank you for attending the annual NSLP Direct Delivery sessions for your FDP region. If you missed the webinar in September for your TDA contracted warehouse region, you can find it on the FDP for NSLP Resources page.
Program Year 2027–2028
Released! The DoD Fresh Program Opt-In Link and the USDA Foods Feedback Survey for PY 2028 were both released via email on October 1, 2026. Responses are due October 31, 2026. Both links are posted on Squaremeals: Administration/Forms for FDP page.
Program Year 2026–2027
DoD Fresh - USDA announced a NEW URL for FFAVORS access. The recommended procedure to log into FFAVORS is to use the link below. If you encounter login issues, ensure you have deleted any previous bookmarks and cleared your cache.
If you opted into the DoD Fresh Fruits and Vegetables Program, here are a few reminders;
Funds should be drawn down at least 10% per month in FFAVORS.
All orders, per delivery site, must equal a minimum value of $150.
Receipt for all deliveries, per site, within 2 business days of each delivery. If there is a discrepancy, ensure the delivery bill of lading is noted at the time of delivery and select the correct indicator in the FFAVORS receiving drop-down reasons. Contact your DLA representative for resolution.
For some warehouses and processing, the following materials have experienced shifts to later delivery dates, per USDA:
- 110396 String Cheese Box-360/1OZ – 10/15/26 to 02/15/27 -impacting Organizations serviced by Gold Star Foods/San Antonio FB.
- 100034 Cheese Mozz Lite Shred Frz Box – 30 lb. -impacting Organizations serviced by Gold Star Foods
Due to challenges in market availability, USDA is unable to supply the full quantities of some fruit and vegetable products. USDA has taken all possible measures to acquire as much volume of product requested for Texas and minimize disruption. The extent of cancellations and delivery periods impacted varies by product. USDA-FNA recognizes the volume of these cancellations, particularly for strawberries affected by crop availability, challenges your program planning and expresses their apologies for the shortfalls.

It is recommended to regularly generate an updated PY27 NSLP WBSCM Requisition Status Report for the period 07/01/2026 through 06/30/2027 to review all requested cases or pounds.
Refer to the Resources and Forms page on SquareMeals under Food Distribution Program for NSLP for helpful information regarding ordering USDA Foods, such as the:
