TDA Requesting Increase of 10% Administrative Fund Allocation for Schools Participating in the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program (FFVP)

" December 15, 2021 - TDA is submitting to USDA a request to allow elementary schools participating in FFVP to utilize up to 20% of their awarded funds (including the currently approved allocation of 10% for administrative costs) to hire part time staff to assist with administering the program.

In order to assist schools in better promoting the FFVP program and utilizing FFVP funds, TDA is submitting to USDA a request to allow elementary schools participating in FFVP to utilize up to 20% of their awarded funds (including the currently approved allocation of 10% for administrative costs) to hire part time staff to assist with administering the program. TDA will provide additional guidance if this request is approved.
