Financial Report Deadline Extended to April 30th

" April 1, 2022 - The Financial Report opened March 1st for fiscal year 2020-2021 and is now due by April 30th.
April 1, 2022 - The Financial Report must be completed by Contracting Entities (CEs) who participate in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), School Breakfast Programs (SBP), School Milk Program (SMP) or At-Risk CACFP programs.

The report opens on March 1, 2022 for fiscal year 2020-2021. The original due date of March 31, 2022 was extended to April 30, 2022.

TDA sent a link to Child Nutrition Directors with information on accessing the report. Child Nutrition Directors may forward the link to Business Officials as needed. However, only authorized representatives of the CE may complete the form. The CE must ensure that the reported data is accurate and reflects the CE’s financial operations for the fiscal period reported.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at:, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
