CSFP Highlights
- TDA will continue to give guidance on box builds and inventory management to maintain steady issuance. Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact USDA Foods.
- CSFP ordering has started for PY26, with deliveries scheduled for Q3 of 2026. TDA manages all ordering truckloads for this program, but you can track these arrivals by running a WBSCM Requisition Status Report.
- USDA Multifood Warehouse Ordering has transitioned its contract from Paris Brothers in Kansas City to Americold- Syracuse. Please verify your shipping details and contact TDA if there are any discrepancies.
TEFAP Highlights
- Ordering opportunities for Q2PY26 catalogs are closed. Please run a Requisition Status Report and update your records accordingly.
- TEFAP Seasonal Fruits and Vegetables are available during this next ordering period. Seasonal items ordered now have a delivery period between October 2026 and September 2027.
- The next deadline for TEFAP orders is COB 11 March 2026.
- Generate the WBSCM Entitlement/Bonus Summary Report periodically to track your Entitlement Balance and commit to available catalog materials.
CSFP & TEFAP – Shared Reporting Reminder
- Generate the WBSCM Requisition Status Report to update your records.
- Focus on Sales Order Status and Material Quantities.
- Use search dates for CY 2025: 01/01/2025 through 12/31/2025.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
