School Year 2026-2027

TDA has loaded the estimated entitlement values for program year 2027 into WBSCM. Please log in to WBSCM to view your “Entitlement/Bonus Summary” report to aid in planning your requests for the next school year.

Currently, the rate of assistance in WBSCM is .30 cents per meal. This value is anticipated to be updated by USDA in January 2026, which may result in an increase of entitlement. TDA will communicate once USDA has confirmed the updated rate of assistance.

The PY27 WBSCM Catalog will open mid-to-late January and will close on Thursday, February 28, 2026.

The PY27 DoD Fresh Program Opt-In Form is now closed. All Recipient Agencies that opted in as a “YES” to participate received an equitable one-time distribution in December 2025. Balances display in the WBSCM Entitlement/Bonus Summary Report for Program Year 2027.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at: https://www.usda.gov/sites/default/files/documents/ad-3027.pdf, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
