" Generate monthly reports for WBSCM Requisition Status Reports to monitor shipments and ProcLink and K12 Foodservice tracking systems to monitor current inventory balances.
[Glenda W] "
PY2026-2027 Allocations
By August, ProcLink and K12 Foodservice tracking systems will be updated with final allocation amounts. Because not all requests were fulfilled through new truck deliveries, processor carryover was applied to the allocation amounts for any unfulfilled requests. These updated amounts are reflected in the Allocation and Transfer columns. TDA has validated these amounts, and the value displayed in the Allocation column should match the amount received from a truck as shown in the WBSCM Requisition Status Report.
Usage Rates
USDA Foods recommends using 10% of each account by the end of each month. Plan menus to avoid excess inventory. The August usage rate is 10% at the end of the month; the September usage rate is 20%; the October usage rate is 30%; and so on. Accurate menu planning supports efficient inventory management and informed ordering decisions.
New Processors
Several processors have merged and now operate under a different name.
1) MBC Companies 110242 and 110244 – three processors have been merged under this company: Alpha Foods, Bake Crafters, and Nardone Brothers. The End Product description will identify the previous processor name.
2) Tasty CMD 100103, 110242, and 110244 – three processors have been merged under this company: ProView, Tasty Brands, and Tasty Pizza. The End Product description will identify the previous processor name.
