CSFP Highlights
- TDA finalized Calendar Year (CY) 2025 orders in WBSCM by June 13, 2025, covering delivery periods from October through
December 2025.
- Supplemental Multi-Food shipments have been placed to assist Texas supply of small-can animal protein and pasta/rice components.
- Per USDA FNS guidance, food banks must be prepared to receive Multi-Food deliveries on the “Required Delivery Date” noted on each Sales Order. TDA will continue to notify food banks of approved orders in advance.
- Use the Multi-Food Requisition Report to monitor activity and set delivery period parameters for CY 2025: 01/01/2025 through 12/31/2025.
TEFAP Highlights
- Food bank requisitions were rolled up in WBSCM by June 18, 2025, covering deliveries from October through December 2025.
- Generate the WBSCM Entitlement/Bonus Summary Report periodically to track your Entitlement Balance and commit toward available catalog materials.
- USDA updates for Program Year 2026 (PY26) are pending. Orders will be due in September, with deliveries expected from January through March 2026.
CSFP & TEFAP – Shared Reporting Reminder
- Generate the WBSCM Requisition Status Report routinely to update your records.
- Focus on Sales Order Status and Material Quantities.
- Use search dates for CY 2025: 01/01/2025 through 12/31/2025.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at: https://www.usda.gov/sites/default/files/documents/ad-3027.pdf, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
