Apply today for an opportunity to attend weeklong Farm Fresh Culinary workshops at the Culinary Institute of America campus in San Antonio! Click here to apply or learn more about these workshops.
These culinary workshops include five exciting days of in-person cooking demonstrations, hands-on activities, and classroom instruction aimed to enhance scratch cooking in schools. Each school district may apply to enroll two to four participants committed to transferring skills and information to teach their peers and enhance scratch cooking processes within their district. Participates will earn 30 continuing education hours upon completion.

TDA is seeking school district chefs, dietitians, menu planners, and kitchen managers working in NSLP to participate in these workshops. Applications are opened until January 5, 2026 for workshops to be held during 2026 spring and summer breaks.
