CSFP Highlights
- TDA manages all ordering truckloads for this program, but you can track anticipated arrivals by running a WBSCM Requisition Status Report.
- TDA will continue to give guidance on box builds and inventory management to maintain steady issuance. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding components, do not hesitate to contact USDA Foods.
- USDA Multifood Warehouse deliveries are coordinated through Americold- Syracuse. Always notify TDA of any discrepancies upon delivery.
TEFAP Highlights
- CY27 Entitlement will be updated in WBSCM.
- TEFAP Seasonal Fruits and Vegetables are available during this ordering period. Seasonal items ordered now will have open delivery periods between October 2026 and September 2027.
- TEFAP ordering due date is the Close of Business, March 11, 2026.
- Generate the WBSCM Entitlement/Bonus Summary Report periodically to track your Entitlement Balance and commit to available catalog materials.

- Generate the WBSCM Requisition Status Report to update your records.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at: https://www.usda.gov/sites/default/files/documents/ad-3027.pdf, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
